Još jedna tužba zbog afere „Portal Udar“ je dobila epilog. Naime, Viši sud u Podgorici, odbacio je žalbe Zaštitnika imovinsko - pravnih interesa Crne Gore, te potvrdio presudu Osnovnog suda kojom se obavezuje država da svešteniku Predragu Šćepanoviću isplati 3.000 eura, sa zakonskom zateznom kamatom, zbog povrede prava ličnosti - prava na psihički integritet, prava na čast, prava na ugled i prava na dostojanstvo.
