"MANS proposes what it has proposed before, that the complete list of cases in the Telekom case be made public and what constitutes evidence, and especially what the Prosecutor's Office has been doing for the past decade, so that we can all see who is right and who is the judge or prosecutor who failed to act in accordance with his official duty," said the director of the MANS research center, Dejan Milovac.
According to him, without this, we are entering a new round of shifting responsibility between judicial and prosecutorial organizations, where we may not fully find out who was right.
