Democratic People's Party (DNP) spokesperson Jovana Todorović announced that Predrag Boljević will be sued for, as she claims, "brutal lies and slander" he is making against DNP president Milan Knežević.

"We inform the public that Predrag Boljević will be sued for the brutal lies and slander he is telling against DNP president Milan Knežević," the response states.

Todorović assessed that when someone runs out of arguments, they resort to, as she says, fabrications and spin.

"It's obvious that Boljević's Lenovo battery has burned out, so instead of facts he is putting out fabrications and deceptions in order to draw some attention to himself," Todorović said.

She points out that Milan Knežević is not the author of the poem read by former court expert Predrag Boljević.

"For the sake of the public, Milan Knežević is not the author of the poem that was read by former court expert Predrag Boljević. Nor was he ever the president of the DPS youth, and in 1995 he was a minor and did not have the right to vote. Just as he tells blatant lies on Bemax television, Boljević 'honestly' provided expert testimony in the fake coup d'état proceedings. Every truth is like this to him. And instead of crawling into a mouse hole, he dressed up in a Montenegrin jamadan that suits him just like this lie he told about Milan Knežević," the DNP spokeswoman said.

Freedom of speech is not the freedom to blatantly lie. That is why the truth, instead of bar stories and internet performances, will be determined by the courts, concluded Todorović.
