Golović: The monument to Joka Baletić has a place on Freedom Square

I hope that the initiative to erect a memorial to the heroine of anti-fascism Joka Baletić in Nikšić, which was one of the pre-election and previous promises of the Nikšić URA, will be adopted in the local parliament of the Municipality of Nikšić, said the political director of the Civic Movement URA, Dušan Golović.

"However, this initiative does not provide for the exact location and other details of the memorial, and I would like to remind you that the URE initiative was elaborated in detail, including a conceptual design for the monument, with its location, dimensions, material, and even a plan for its financing," he said.
