Banja Luka: Six people charged with drugs

The District Court in Banja Luka confirmed the indictments against six Banja Luka residents for the criminal offense of unauthorized production and trafficking of drugs.

An indictment has been filed against Danijel Delić (44), Radenko Zeljković (51), Mirko Marković (48), Miroslav Buzaković (58), Branimir Kajkut (49) and Nina Kuvalja (45).

In addition, Marković is charged with the criminal offense of illegal production and trafficking of weapons or explosives.

According to the indictment, from the beginning of 2025 until October 14, 2025, in the Banja Luka area, they illegally purchased, held, transferred, offered for sale, brokered the sale and sold cocaine and marijuana for the purpose of resale.

"The accused persons illegally acquired, sold and held for sale substances or preparations that were declared narcotic drugs," the indictment, published by the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Banja Luka, states.
