"We have intelligence on Israeli plans to attack infrastructure. Once again: Zero restraint if our infrastructure is attacked," Aragchi wrote on the social network X, posting a video with comments from US President Donald Trump.
He added that the Iranian people are men and women of principle and do not attack opponents secretly while in dialogue.
"Only when we are attacked do we respond strongly," Aragçi stressed, according to Anadolu.
In a video posted by Araghchi, Trump said he believed Iran would attack the United States (US) based on what senior US officials had told him.
Israel and the US are continuing their joint offensive against Iran since February 28, which has killed around 1,300 people so far, including then-Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Iran has retaliated with drone and missile attacks on Israel, Jordan, Iraq, and Persian Gulf states that host US military assets, causing casualties and damage to infrastructure.
The attack caused disruption to global markets and aviation.
