The Montenegrin women's football team suffered a convincing defeat in Swansea against Wales (6:1) in the second round of the UEFA Nations League Division B.

The "Falcons" thus recorded their second defeat in a row, after losing to Albania (2:1) in Nikšić four days ago. On the other hand, Wales came away with their fourth point, having previously drawn with the Czech Republic away (2:2).

Tonight's duel clearly showed the difference in quality. The match was practically decided in the first twenty minutes, when the home team took a 3:0 lead, and at halftime the score was already 5:0.

Ajša Kuč's goal was scored by a super-spirited Hana Kane in the sixth minute.

In the 15th minute, Kane assisted Rachel Rowe, who doubled the lead, and just 120 seconds later, Mared Grific made it 3:0.

In the 31st minute, Kuč had to clear the ball from the net for the fourth time after a goal by Sophie Ingle.

It was 5:0 at the break when Kane scored her second goal today.

At the beginning of the second half, Armisa Kuč reduced the score to 5:1 with another great goal, and the final score was set by Grific, with the second goal of the match.

The competition continues next month, when our national team will play two matches against the Czech Republic.
