The user understands and accepts that RTV Podgorica may collect user data that is technical in nature and that is automatically collected when using the service and accessing the content such as: internet domain and IP address of the user; type of internet browser and operating system using which the portal was accessed; access time and length of Visit; part of the content accessed by the user; internet address of the External link that referred to the content, if the user accessed the content through an external link on another website.

The user understands that the publisher will use the data collected in this way for the purpose of better understanding the needs of the user, in order to create content that will be as tailored to the users and their requirements as possible, as well as to develop the best possible service.

The user understands and accepts that the publisher will store user data provided by the user himself to the publisher (e.g. when registering a user account, etc.), and that they will not disclose or forward this data to third parties without the explicit consent of the user.

The user understands and accepts that the publisher will forward the user data referred to in this article to the competent state authority at the request of that authority, in cases where RTV Podgorica is legally obliged to submit user data to the competent authority, at the request of that authority, without informing the user beforehand.
