The Government decided on the Information on the conclusion of the Memorandum of Understanding between Abu Dhabi Ports Company PJSC and the Ministry of Maritime Affairs of Montenegro with the Proposal of the Memorandum, the Report on the Business and Financial Statements of the Limited Liability Company Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center "Tehnopolis" Nikšić for 2025 and the Work Program with the Financial Plan for 2026, the Report on the Implementation of the Annual Work Plan of the Limited Liability Company "Innovation Fund of Montenegro" for 2025, the Work Plan with the Financial Plan for 2026 and the Report on the Business and Financial Statements of the Limited Liability Company "Science and Technology Park of Montenegro" for 2025 and the Activity Plan with the Financial Plan for 2026.
The Government adopted the Proposal for a Platform for the participation of the delegation of the Government of Montenegro, led by the Minister of Culture and Media, Dr. Tamara Vujović, together with the Minister of Finance, Novica Vuković, at the opening of the Montenegrin pavilion at the Biennale of Contemporary Art in Venice, Republic of Italy, from 6 to 9 May 2026, the Proposal for a Platform for the participation of the Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, Slaven Radunović, at the 13th session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13), 17-22 May 2026, Baku, Azerbaijan, the Proposal for a Platform for the visit of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Vladimir Joković, to the Republic of Tajikistan, on the occasion of participation in the 35th session of the Regional Conference for Europe (ERC) of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (UN FAO), 11-15. May 2026, Dushanbe, Republic of Tajikistan, Proposal for a platform on the participation of the Minister of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Northern Development, Damjan Ćulafić, at the United for Climate Conference - Regional Cooperation for a More Resilient Future, May 5-7, 2026, Tirana, Albania and Proposal for a platform for a study visit of the delegation of Montenegro, led by Prof. Dr. Anđela Jakšić - Stojanović, Minister of Education, Science and Innovation, to the Republic of Austria, in the period from May 4 to 7, 2026.
In addition to them, the Government also decided on personnel issues, the Proposal for the election of members of the Supervisory Board of HG "Budvanska rivijera" AD Budva, the Proposal for the appointment of a proxy-representative of state capital at the second repeated XV Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of HG "Budvanska rivijera" AD Budva, the Proposal for the termination of the duties of the Acting Director of the Hydrocarbons Administration and the Proposal for the appointment of an Acting Director of the Hydrocarbons Administration.
