As they state, there is a reasonable suspicion that on April 9, 2026, at around 2:00 p.m., the suspect physically attacked the security officers of the health facility in the Konik Health Center, after refusing to leave the office.
On that occasion, they allege, he made serious threats and crude insults to the injured parties.
"The detention was ordered due to the existence of circumstances indicating a risk of recidivism, bearing in mind that the suspect has been convicted multiple times for crimes involving violence," the statement concludes.
