Po nalogu Specijalnog državnog tužilaštva (SDT) Specijalno policijsko odjeljenje je, u saradnji sa Agencijom za nacionalnu bezbjednost, u Rožajama uhapsilo H.M, državljanina Crne Gore i Holandije, zbog sumnje da je učinio krivično djelo stvaranje kriminalne organizacije i više krivičnih djela neovlašćena proizvodnja, držanje i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga, na međunarodnom nivou, saopštili su iz SDT-a.
