Krivolov na Skadarskom jezeru i dalje je jedan od najvećih problema sa kojima se suočava u preduzeću Nacionalni parkovi. Nedavna odluka Osnovnog suda u Podgorici da se licima koja su činila nezakonit ribolov vrati oduzeto plovilo i motor izazvala je brojne reakcije, otvarajući pitanje koliko takve odluke utiču na borbu protiv krivolova i zaštitu prirodnih resursa.
