Ustavni sud Crne Gore pokrenuo je postupak za ocjenu ustavnosti odredbi dva zakona koji propisuju ko se sve smatra da je povezano lice sa javnim funkcionerom, pa samim tim podliježe obavezi vođenja podataka o njegovoj ličnosti bez date saglasnosti.
