"The goal of the project is to empower the staff of ICT companies that are members of ICT Cortex through improving knowledge and practical skills in the application of tools based on artificial intelligence, thereby contributing to strengthening the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and their readiness for modern technological challenges," the statement states.
As part of the project, two five-day specialized trainings were organized for employees of ICT Cortex member companies, led by an expert with decades of experience in the field of artificial intelligence, Miodrag Vujković. One training focused on the practical application of AI tools in
business processes, including the areas of human resources, administration, marketing and project management, while the other is intended for technical staff and developers and programmers, with the aim of expanding knowledge about
modern AI technologies and their implementation in the development of software solutions.
"Through this education program, ICT Cortex continues to encourage the development of competencies in the ICT sector and actively contributes to the digital transformation of business in Montenegro, creating space for the adoption of new technologies and
their application in the daily work of companies," the statement said.
They add that the NextGenSME project represents another step towards strengthening the knowledge and innovation potential of the domestic ICT community, with a special focus on the practical application of artificial intelligence in business and improving the capacities of Montenegrin ICT companies.
