In an interesting end to the final series, Branko Čubović's team defeated their city rival, Boka, in two matches with identical scores of 4:1, thus lifting the championship trophy once again, not allowing their opponent to win the championship.
The road to the final brought excitement already in the semi-final duels, where the later finalists recorded double victories. Novi beat Budim from Berane twice with 4:1, while in the dramatic city derby, Boka eliminated Igalo, after a great fight in both matches with 4:3. The first final match went to Novi with a score of 4:1, and the points for the champion were brought by: Marko Jevtović with a victory over Stefan Radonjić (3:1), Jakša Krivokapić against Zoran Rešetar (3:0), the doubles of Filip Radović and Marko Jevtović against Nikola Marinković and Stefan Radonjić (3:2), and Filip Radović who defeated Stefan Radonjić in the singles (3:1), while the only point for Boka was won by Nikola Marinković by defeating Filip Radović with 3:2. The second, decisive match ended with the same score of 4:1. Filip Radović defeated Stefan Radonjić 3:1 at the start, and although Nikola Marinković equalized with a win against Jakša Krivokapić (3:0), Novi took complete control. This is the eighth national championship title for the team founded ten years ago by Ranko Boca, and this crown of dedicated work and discipline came as the most beautiful gift for the club's tenth anniversary. The success of the first team was followed by a great result for the second team of Novi, which competes in the elite under the name Igalo and won the bronze medal with a 4:1 victory over Buda. For the Igalo team, Miloš Rahović scored a convincing victory against Darko Đukić (3:0), Bojan Čubović against Petar Dević (3:0), the double Rahović/Bakić (3:1) and Luka Bakić against Darko Đukić (3:0), while the only point for Berane was won by Ivor Katić against Luka Bakić (3:1).
