We publish his announcement in its entirety.
Dear Mr. Fejzić, thank you for, at least retrospectively, abandoning the label that the Army of Montenegro could be a fascist organization.
I am not suing, because that is not the job of the Minister of Defense. In earlier times, this was done in local committees, the chambers of Aco Mijajlović, Drago Spičanović, Petar and Zoran Lazović, and the cabinet of the then Minister of Defense! Today, there are competent services in the Ministry of Defense and the Army of Montenegro, as well as persons authorized by law, and they do their job.
I am sorry that you did not react when the previous Chief of the General Staff, the one proposed by Milo Đukanović, did not react in any case of promoting large-scale state projects of other countries in the Montenegrin Army. I am sorry that you kept quiet about it then.
I am also sorry that you missed the opportunity to condemn the former regime, which employed, engaged, and elected top police officials who insulted members of the Islamic faith in the most mundane way.
I am also sorry that you did not condemn the representatives of the political entities of the former regime who today claim that they were the best police officers this country has produced. Such police officers are not the pride of Montenegro. They are its
A shame. And an even greater shame than them are their political lawyers and authors.
I am also sorry that you did not condemn the actions of the then head of ANB counterintelligence, Drago Spičanović, who announced the graffiti campaign in Rožaje with the messages "Run away, Turks" and "Move". You know, Mr. Fejzić, that all of this was done on the orders of the boss. The boss whom you never condemned for persecutions, for songs, for graffiti, or for deportations. Neither then nor now, neither Đukanović nor the ANB were fascistic creations for you.
Finally, I would like to emphasize once again that the Army of Montenegro will not be fascist, party, DPS, or anyone else's army. It will be exclusively state, professional and loyal to the Constitution of Montenegro. And anyone who tries to misuse it for political showdowns will receive an institutional response befitting a serious state.
