Mujović expressed his satisfaction with the implemented project, emphasizing that this example confirms how small urban interventions, with good coordination and will, can significantly improve the quality of space and the appearance of the city.

"This micro-location is proof that even with relatively modest investments, a great effect can be achieved. The former dark spot of this part of the city today represents a representative and cultivated space that all citizens are proud of," said Mujović.

He particularly praised the contribution of the Smart Studio company, which donated the project, as well as the engagement of the Office of the Chief City Architect and the Chief City Architect, and the significant contribution of the city enterprises Zelenila, Čistoće and the Housing Agency, whose coordinated work was crucial for the implementation of the project. The total value of the investment was 115,000 euros, and the developed area covers approximately 800 square meters.

In addition, the mayor emphasized that the focus of the city administration in the coming period is on the development of the central city zone, the development of traffic routes, the pedestrian zone, and the main city square.
"All the attention of this city administration and me personally is currently focused on resolving the issue of redeveloping the main city square. We will not carry out this process for the sake of cosmetic changes and hasty solutions, nor with the aim of pleasing anyone in the run-up to the 2027 elections. Our goal is for the center of the capital of the country that will become a member of the European Union in 2028 to look representative and worthy of that status. The professional public, including architectural associations and the Faculty of Architecture, will be included in this process, so that through the synergy of knowledge and goodwill we can come to a quality and sustainable solution," concluded Mujović.
