As he explained, in the strong European competition, the ACCESS project was recognized as an innovative solution that brings concrete changes in the field of employment of people with disabilities, through modern support models and social innovations.
"This is not just a successfully written project. This is confirmation that the Secretariat's expert team has the knowledge and ability to develop projects according to the highest European standards - and to achieve results in this competition. This success has multiple significance: it not only brings financial support, but also opens the door to new opportunities, strengthens international cooperation and positions Podgorica as a city that already functions in accordance with European values - solidarity, inclusion and care for the most vulnerable," said Vešović.
Vešović concludes that the Secretariat for Social Welfare hereby confirms its key role – not only in creating policies, but also in improving them through concrete, innovative and European-recognized initiatives.
