Grbalj led 3:0 at halftime thanks to goals from Jusuf Sesaj, Vuk Pavićević and Siniša Stanisavić.
Zlatičan could have scored early in the second half, but Luka Sili missed the penalty. However, the visitors reduced the lead to 3:1 in the 68th minute through Danilo Bracanović.
Just six minutes later, Stanisavic scored from the penalty spot with his second goal, giving the home team a big three points in the game.
Kom's defeat was mitigated by Marko Pejović just a minute later.
Grbalj now has two points more than Otranto, who failed to defeat Iskra in their 11th duel – there was no winner in Ulcinj (2:2).
The team from Ulcinj led twice, but in the end they had to settle for just a point.
The home team took the lead at the end of the first half, when Danin Talović scored for 1:0.
The guests equalized in the sixth minute of extra time through Marko Šćepanović.
Talović again brought Otranto a new lead with his ninth goal of the season in the 68th minute.
However, less than a minute later, Riku Kaneda ensured that the guests from Danilovgrad remained undefeated.
Iskra remained third in the standings with 40 points.
There was no winner in Berane either, where the same club drew with Lovćen in a duel between teams from the middle of the table (1:1).
The home team took the lead in the 68th minute with a goal from Nikola Đukić, and the final score was set by Amir Muzurović in the 77th minute.
The guests played with ten men from the 80th minute due to the sending off of reserve player Stefan Vulanović, who earned two yellow cards in two minutes.
After this match, the two teams share sixth place with 33 points each.
Rudar finally ended their winless streak and recorded their first triumph in the second half of the season – the team from Pljevlja beat Igalo (2:0) at the stadium "under Golubinja".
Goals for Nikola Sekulić's team were scored by Andrej Kartal in the 13th minute and Martin Đukanovć in the second minute of stoppage time in the first half.
Rudar is fifth with 36 points, Igalo second to last with 24.
The round will close tomorrow (2pm) in Nikšić with last-placed Internacional and Podgorica.
