Indikativno je i da je u cijelom procesu ulogu imala advokatica anga\u017eovana od strane kupca, koja je u tom periodu radila u kancelariji njegove sestre Ane Kolarevi\u0107, a koja je istovremeno zastupala i of\u0161or kompaniju registrovanu na Britanskim Djevi\u010danskim Ostrvima&#8220;, navodi Lekovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"568\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-42-568x1024.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-962127\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-42-568x1024.webp 568w, https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-42-166x300.webp 166w, https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-42-7x12.webp 7w, https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-42.webp 738w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 568px) 100vw, 568px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako dalje navodi, ta of\u0161or kompanija, \u010dija je direktorica Sofia Polonskaya, pojavljuje se istog dana kao i kupac i kao prodavac iste nepokretnosti. Naime, prema dostupnim ugovorima, Polonskaya je najprije, istog dana u Podgorici, kupila palatu od kompanije \u201eGalenika\u201c za oko 2,05 miliona eura, da bi nekoliko sati kasnije na Cetinju ista ta nekretnina bila prodata Acu \u0110ukanovi\u0107u za iznos od 2,79 miliona eura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me\u0111utim, klju\u010dni detalj ove transakcije, kako ka\u017ee, nalazi se u rokovima i na\u010dinu pla\u0107anja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Dok je of\u0161or kompanija imala obavezu da prethodnom vlasniku isplati kupoprodajnu cijenu tek narednog dana, kupac je, prema ugovoru, cjelokupan iznos uplatio odmah, na dan potpisivanja. Takav raspored transakcija ukazuje na to da je novac kupca prakti\u010dno poslu\u017eio da of\u0161or kompanija finansira sopstvenu kupovinu, nakon \u010dega je nekretninu istog dana preprodala po znatno vi\u0161oj cijeni. Razlika izme\u0111u dvije transakcije iznosi oko 743.000 eura, \u0161to predstavlja profit ostvaren bez vidljivog ulaganja i bez preuzimanja poslovnog rizika. Ovakav model poslovanja otvara niz pitanja koja do danas nijesu dobila jasan odgovor: kako je nekretnina koja je bila u vlasni\u0161tvu kompanije sa dr\u017eavnim porijeklom zavr\u0161ila u rukama of\u0161or firme, ko je i na osnovu kojih kriterijuma formirao cijenu, te da li je posrednik u ovom poslu imao bilo kakvu stvarnu ekonomsku ulogu ili je bio samo prolazna karika u unaprijed strukturiranoj transakciji&#8220;, istakao je Lekovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-43-1024x683.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-962128\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-43-1024x683.webp 1024w, https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-43-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-43-768x512.webp 768w, https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-43-1536x1024.webp 1536w, https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-43-18x12.webp 18w, https:\/\/gradski.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/image-43.webp 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodatnu dimenziju cijelom slu\u010daju, kako ka\u017ee, daje i \u010dinjenica da je tada\u0161nji direktor Uprave za sprje\u010davanje pranja novca Predrag Mitrovi\u0107 javno saop\u0161tio da institucija nije imala saznanja o tome na koji na\u010din je izvr\u0161ena isplata izme\u0111u kupca (Aca \u0110ukanovi\u0107a) i of\u0161or kompanije, odnosno kako je realizovana druga transakcija u ovom lancu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Na kraju, prema nekim informacijama, ova palata je po\u010detkom ove godine ponovo promijenila vlasnika, \u010dime se dodatno name\u0107e potreba da se \u010ditav slu\u010daj sagleda i provjeri u kontinuitetu od strane nadle\u017enih dr\u017eavnih organa. U pitanju je slu\u010daj koji prevazilazi pojedina\u010dnu kupoprodaju i ulazi u zonu javnog interesa, jer otvara dilemu da li govorimo o regularnom tr\u017ei\u0161tu nekretnina ili o unaprijed strukturiranim poslovima u kojima klju\u010dnu ulogu imaju posrednici i netransparentni finansijski tokovi. Rije\u010d je o za\u0161ti\u0107enom kulturnom dobru, upisanom u registar spomenika kulture, koje ima vi\u0161estruku vrijednost, ne samo materijalnu, ve\u0107 i simboli\u010dku.
