Created as a co-production of the Montenegrin National Theatre and the Bar Cultural Centre, the play \"The Case of Medea\" brings a contemporary, almost forensic approach to Euripides' heroine, questioning the boundaries of guilt, violence and silence within the relationship of intimacy and social expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let us recall that for the role of Medea, Nada Vuk\u010devi\u0107 won the award for best female role at the 21st International Actor's Festival in Nik\u0161i\u0107 last year, while the award for best partnership went to young actors Luka Stankovi\u0107 and Ivona Rakovi\u0107, who play the roles of Jason and Creon's daughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to directing, de Brea is responsible for the conceptual design of the play and the lighting design (together with Dejan Kalezi\u0107 and Sreten Milo\u0161evi\u0107). The dramaturg is Kata \u0110armati, the costume designer is Lina Lekovi\u0107, and the assistants for dramaturgy and costume design are Sergej Pavlovi\u0107 and Ma\u0161a Mirkovi\u0107. The sound editing is entrusted to Filip Radevi\u0107, while the video and photo material is signed by Du\u0161ko Miljani\u0107 and Vuk\u0161a Vujo\u0161evi\u0107. Dubravka Draki\u0107 was in charge of the stage speech, and the executive producer of the play is Danilo Milatovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
