Minister Jak\u0161i\u0107-Stojanovi\u0107 emphasized continuity in addressing the issue of preschool capacities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"After the start of the construction of kindergartens in Bar and Nik\u0161i\u0107, it is now Ulcinj's turn. Today we are laying the foundation stone for a modern and functional facility worth \u20ac2,911,105.95 including VAT, and the project is being implemented in cooperation with the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB). The next thing we expect is a kindergarten in Berane, for whose construction the procedure was recently launched and a tender for the execution of works was announced. In the coming period, we will pay great attention to improving the quality of educational infrastructure in the field of preschool education through the construction of new and reconstruction of existing facilities, in order to provide the best conditions for the stay of our youngest in all parts of Montenegro,\" said Jak\u0161i\u0107 - Stojanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Majda Ad\u017eovi\u0107, Minister of Public Works, emphasized that this moment carries special symbolism:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Novica Vukovi\u0107, Minister of Finance, said that investing in preschool education is one of the most important investments for the future of our society:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"By building a kindergarten in Ulcinj, we confirm our commitment to projects that bring long-term benefits and improve the quality of life of citizens. The Ministry of Finance will continue to provide funds for initiatives that create stable foundations for the prosperous development of Montenegro,\" said Vukovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Genci Nimanbegu, the mayor of Ulcinj, expressed his satisfaction with the start of the implementation of this project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
