According to the report, during 2025, charges were filed against 117 persons for crimes against sexual freedom, and together with cases from the previous period, there were charges against a total of 123 persons. A motion for indictment was filed against 25 persons, a direct indictment against two persons, while an order for investigation was issued against 30 persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The report states that the largest number of reports were filed for rape and sexual harassment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"33 people were reported for the criminal offense of rape, and a total of 34 people were reported, of which 17 people were ordered to conduct an investigation,\" the report states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is added that 33 people were reported for illicit sexual acts, while reports were filed against 33 people for sexual harassment, with indictments filed against 14 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"There were 12 reports filed for the criminal offense of exploiting children for pornography, of which two persons were directly charged, and an order for an investigation was issued against five persons,\" the document states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The report also shows a significant increase in crimes against marriage and family. During 2025, 1,431 people were reported, and with previous cases pending, there were reports against a total of 1,604 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Reports against 555 persons were dismissed, indictments were filed against 676 persons, while direct indictments were filed against 46 persons,\" the report states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The largest number of reports relate to violence within the family or family community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"1,213 people were reported for the criminal offense of domestic violence, and a total of 1,323 people were reported, with indictments filed against 588 people and an order for investigation issued against 60 people,\" the report specifies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A large number of reports were also recorded for failure to provide child support, with 101 people reported, while reports were also filed for the abduction of a minor, neglect and abuse of a minor, as well as extramarital affairs with a minor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
