However, large liabilities from the previous period, as well as accumulated losses, represent a major burden for the future development of the company, including the sale of part of the land it does not use to pay debts and investments in the restoration of vineyards and orchards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Some residents of Donja Gorica and Kokot had previously organized protests claiming that the land had been taken from their families and should be returned. This land is now registered in the cadastre \u201cone through one\u201d under \u201cPlanta\u017ee\u201d.
