This decision, in the financial investigation proceedings against the defendants Milovan Pavi\u0107evi\u0107, former head of the Podgorica Security Center, police officer Vladan Lazovi\u0107, and former assistant director of the Police Administration and former head of counterintelligence protection of the National Security Agency Drago Spi\u010danovi\u0107, against whom the prosecution filed an indictment, ordered temporary measures of security, a ban on the alienation and encumbrance of real estate, a ban on the use and disposal of rights based on shares and stakes in a company and other securities, as well as the seizure of movable property and an order to credit and financial institutions to withhold payments of amounts of money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The SDT filed an indictment for the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization and several criminal offenses of abuse of official position and disclosure of classified information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"This, among other things, prohibits the alienation and encumbrance of real estate in Podgorica and Bar, which includes three one-bedroom and three two-bedroom apartments, and two duplex apartments, garage spaces and land of various categories, and confiscated expensive wristwatches, or denies the payment of an amount of over 15,000 euros from bank accounts,\" the SDT statement states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
