To sve zavisi da li je novogradnja, starogradnja, kako je stan opremljen i svi faktori za formiranje same cijene&#8220;, pojasnila je.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako gra\u0111ani smatraju da se ove cijene ne vide u praksi, Leki\u0107 Kruni\u0107 demantuje takve tvrdnje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Ovo su izvori ba\u0161 sa terene i \u010desto se susre\u0107emo sa svim tim i ogla\u0161avamo te nekretnine i u komunikaciji smo sa vlasnicima i niko me ne mo\u017ee demantovati \u0161to se samih cijena ti\u010de i mi smo na terenu i mo\u017eemo najbolje da vidimo te cijene&#8220;, ka\u017ee ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema rije\u010dima Leki\u0107 Kruni\u0107, postoji mogu\u0107nost daljeg pada cijena zakupa stanova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Negdje mislim da \u0107e se vratiti na stari iznos cijena zakupa kad je jednosoban stan u pitanju. Do prije dvije godine mo\u0107emo re\u0107i da je u Siti kvartu najskuplji stan bio 350 eura i mislim da \u0107e ponovo biti vrijeme za to. Ljudi \u0107e biti p\u0161rinu\u0111eni da daju zakup nekretnine po povoljnijim cijenama jer nema ko da ih zakupljuje a na\u0161i dr\u017eavljani nemaju budzeta za takve cijene&#8220;, zaklju\u010duje ona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tr\u017ei\u0161te zakupa u Podgorici mijenja se, a pad cijena otvara priliku za one koji tra\u017ee povoljnije stanove.
