Balti\u0107 won with a time of 3:35:04. Second place went to Petar Drin\u010di\u0107 from Podgorica with a time of 3:52:27, and third was Danilo Ve\u0161ovi\u0107 from Podgorica with a time of 4:32:55.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The youngest participant in the event was Vasilije Ostoji\u0107, while the oldest participant was 82-year-old Spaso Palovski from Podgorica, who participated in all events along with Radovan Radulovi\u0107 from Subotica, whose father Ilija was the first Montenegrin to run a marathon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The champion of Montenegro for 2026 was also Branislav Balti\u0107 from AK \"Dionis\", who also won the \"Mile Bo\u017eovi\u0107 Trophy\". Second place went to Petar Drin\u010di\u0107 from AK \"Sparta\" from Podgorica, and third to Aris \u0160abotic from AK \"Mornar\" Bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the event, the Montenegrin Road Championship was held for seniors and juniors at 10,000 meters and seniors and juniors at 5,000 meters. Sla\u0111ana Pejovi\u0107, a member of the AK \"Nik\u0161i\u0107\", triumphed in the senior women's race with a result of 17:58. Second place was won by Jelena Ivkovi\u0107 from the AK \"Nik\u0161i\u0107\" from Nik\u0161i\u0107 with a result of 20:01, while third place went to the athlete of the AK \"Mornar\" from Bar, Ana Krivokapi\u0107, with a result of 20:12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the junior category, first place was won by the athlete AK \"Milenijum\" from Podgorica, Jelena Miladinovi\u0107, with a score of 24:36, second place went to her clubmate Nina Vujisi\u0107 with a score of 28:25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the senior 10,000 meter race, Miljan Kukuli\u010di\u0107 from AK \"Mornar\" from Bar triumphed with a score of 32:44. Second place went to Todor Nikoli\u0107 from AK \"Nik\u0161i\u0107\" from Nik\u0161i\u0107 with a score of 34:52, while third place went to Edis Dautoovi\u0107 from AK \"Milenijum\" from Podgorica with a score of 35:53.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before the start of the event, the President of the Athletics Federation of Montenegro, Milorad Vuleti\u0107, presented special plaques for their contribution to the development and popularization of road running in Montenegro, as well as for their participation in all previous ultramarathons, to Radovan Radulovi\u0107 from Subotica, Nenad Ivanovi\u0107 from Andrijevica and Svetlana Useinovi\u0107 from Bar, who has been a regular participant in this event for the past few years, and as a veteran, has performed at numerous similar events in Montenegro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, in front of the event management, Golden Plaques were awarded to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Secretariat for Sports of the Capital City of Podgorica (the award was received by the Assistant Secretary of the Secretariat for Sports of the Capital City Svetozar Nikoli\u0107); Radio and Television of Montenegro for its continuous contribution to the organization of the event (the award was received by Nela Bo\u017eovi\u0107, President of the Sports Society of RTCG), the Gymnasium \"Slobodan \u0160kerovi\u0107\" from Podgorica, which continuously participates in this and other events organized by the Association. The award was received by Professor Marija Mitrovi\u0107, a great lover of the \"queen of sports\", who, together with her students, makes a significant contribution to participation in such and similar events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around 200 competitors from Serbia, England, South Africa, Ukraine, Russia and Montenegro took part in the event, in both male and female competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition was organized by ATK \"Podgorica Marathon\", under the auspices of the Athletics Federation of Montenegro, the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Montenegro, the Montenegrin Olympic Committee and the Secretariat for Sports of the Capital City of Podgorica, on the Boulevard of the Montenegrin Serdara on a certified circular track of one kilometer in length.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
