After dozens of rallies and thousands of visits to households, the Democrats are once again arriving in Pljevlja, to present new membership cards, as well as to talk with old members and those who want to become members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the meeting with the citizens present, Be\u010di\u0107 emphasized what is known when it comes to the Democrats, which is that for Democratic Montenegro, as well as for each of its officials, there are no difficult questions, because they have answers to every question. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Our politics are absolutely pure. Throughout our existence, we have not deceived anyone, we have not done anything dishonorable or dishonest. We have always been there for the people and we have remained ordinary people from the people, from the beginning of our past, which began almost 11 years ago. There is no difficult question for us. That is precisely why we seek as many conversations, meetings, gatherings as possible, to give an answer to every question asked. We always want to speak out and we do not shy away from it.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The phrase presented to the public by certain structures that everyone is the same and that everyone is equal is not true and is intended to demotivate free and honest citizens of Montenegro. Be\u010di\u0107 pointed out that the Democrats are not and cannot be the same as those who led Montenegro into a criminal abyss for three decades, for the sake of their personal interests and pockets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"It's not the same as it was before 2020. We are not the same as those who held various positions at the local and state levels before us, nor will we ever be the same. Here's just one example of how we differ from them: they divided hundreds and hundreds of apartments among themselves, they divided tens of thousands of square meters of living space among themselves. As for us, after 2020, not a single apartment, not a single housing loan was given to any official in the post-August authorities and governments. And of course, I don't need to talk about the Democrats. Our officials are in many ways the model of everything that is fair governance and what is a responsible attitude towards the promises we made to citizens,\" he emphasizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Opponents of all healthy reform processes are trying in every way to demotivate the citizens of Montenegro, in order to seize power and restore everything that was in the past, but international partners deny them in all this, because the results, especially in the fight against all forms of crime, are historic and all this is supported by facts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Every day, as you see and hear, we have progress and new steps forward, which are recognized by those who are waiting for us in Europe. I am also pleased to talk about major infrastructure projects, about historic laws that are the product of our party, which are the authorship of our parliamentary club, which concern the progress and development of Pljevlja, as well as many other successes that we have achieved in the socio-economic field in the past. It is only important to see and compare what happened in the past decades and to compare it with the current situation. What were the salaries then, what were the pensions, various taxes euro by euro on meters, unconstitutional taxes in addition to excise duty on fuel. It is important to remember various hydroelectric power plants, cans, ferries for brothers and sisters and godparents, as you can see from the court and prosecutorial processes. On the other hand, the people are quarreling, disenfranchised, institutions have collapsed, the mafia ruled, as you can see from many prosecutorial and judicial processes, key institutions in this country. And then someone needs to say that everything is the same and that everyone is the same. And today it is very different in many ways. It is important that we see all that, remember and compare it with what we have today,\" said Be\u010di\u0107 to the citizens present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"Because there is no greater betrayal than when someone starts to hand over the state to the mafia. That is a red line. Once someone does that and allows the state to turn into that, that person must never again come close to holding any responsible function in the exercise of power. Informal centers of power have a clear pattern of functioning. If they can't buy someone, if they can't blackmail someone, if they can't scare someone, if they can't demotivate someone through numerous fabrications and subterfuges to stop doing that, then try to insert some worms into that winning team, to stir up some animosities, to direct some vanities, in order to drain their energy and so that they don't deal with what they are afraid of,\" Be\u010di\u0107 concluded to those present. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
