As the oldest independent film festival in the world, WorldFest is notable for having awarded first professional awards to auteurs such as Steven Spielberg, Ridley Scott, David Lynch, George Lucas, and the Coen brothers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"Selections in such an environment are a precious opportunity to share our story of universal human values \u200b\u200band ethical postulates again with the professional public and audience in the USA, and to draw attention to Montenegrin authors and cinematography with this project. The fact that the result of our work has been internationally recognized in this way with over 30 international festival selections, and that our international festival mission continues, makes us extremely proud,\" the author team points out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The inspiration for the film comes from the anthological short story \"Obraz (Legend of Nur Doka)\" by Montenegrin academic Zuvdija Hod\u017ei\u0107. The script is written by Ana Vujadinovi\u0107 and Melina Pota Koljevi\u0107, with the cooperation of the director. The director of photography is \u0110or\u0111e Stojiljkovi\u0107, who has won awards for this film at festivals in India, Italy, Russia and Spain. The set designer is Stanislav Niki\u010devi\u0107 (special award at the Avanca IFF in Portugal), the costume designer is Lidija Jovanovi\u0107, while the music is composed by Du\u0161an Maksimovski. The central musical motif of the film, a lullaby, was designed by Ma\u0161a and Milica Vujadinovi\u0107. The editing is by Olga Toni, the visual effects are by \u0110uro Mihaljevi\u0107 and \u0110or\u0111e Stojiljkovi\u0107, while the design and sound mix were in charge of Igor Vujovi\u0107 and Dario Domitrovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main producer of the film is Milorad Radenovi\u0107, and the executive producers are Milorad Radenovi\u0107 and Jelena Filipovi\u0107. The co-producers are Nevena Savi\u0107 and Ivica Vidanovi\u0107 (Cinnamon Films, Belgrade), as well as Dario Domitrovi\u0107 (Embrija, Zagreb). The associated producers are Kristof Toke (Mogador Film, Germany) and Boris Raoni\u0107 on behalf of Radio and Television of Montenegro. In addition to the Film Center of Montenegro, the film is supported by the Film Center of Serbia, the Croatian Audiovisual Center, the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro, Radio and Television of Montenegro and CEKUM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We remind you that the film \"Face\" is being shown in cinemas throughout Montenegro.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Montenegrin feature film \"The Tower of Strength\", directed by Nikola Vuk\u010devi\u0107, continues its journey before the American audience.
