Montenegro will be stronger for the goalkeeping duo Neboj\u0161a Simi\u0107 \u2013 Nikola Matovi\u0107, after both recovered from serious injuries and returned to the field, as well as for Aleksandar Baki\u0107, who missed the January European Championship due to health problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compared to the team that played at the European Championship, Vuk Borozan and Stevan Vujovi\u0107 are out due to injuries, while former captain Mirko Radovi\u0107 has ended his international career. There is also no central defender Milo\u0161 Bo\u017eovi\u0107, who has not yet recovered from the injury that caused him to miss EHF Euro 2026.
