When asked by the prosecutor what criminal activities Belivuk, Miljkovi\u0107 and Filip Ivanovski<\/strong>, the witness listed murders and drug trafficking, and then added extortion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"Ivanovski dealt drugs, dealing marijuana and cocaine. He was a dealer, and he had his own market. Veljko and Marko were involved in organized crime by trade and the drugs came from them, as well as the profits from the murders that Radoje Zvicer paid them with cocaine,\" he testified, adding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"For the murder of Milan Ljepoje, they received more than one kilo, of which the Budimir brothers (author's note: Milo\u0161 and Marko) received two kilos each.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n The witness said that he also knew about extortion cases, or \"takeovers\" of hotels in Belgrade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"I was present when there was talk of taking over the hotel on Balkanska Street. They took it over, they said that marijuana could be grown there, but I think it was more of a joke,\" said Lali\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to him, Belivuk and Miljkovi\u0107 had a security company open that had all the permits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"I can't remember the name of the company, but I think it was run by Kosta from the stadium. They worked as security guards, but for little or no profit because they were making money from selling drugs. The property and everything they bought was from engaging in criminal activities,\" says Lali\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to him, several OKG members had apartments on \u017divka Davidovi\u0107a Street in Belgrade, and one of them was Vlade Dragani\u0107, who is not charged with money laundering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"They had apartments in \u017divko Davidovi\u0107's house, and I was offered one. Dragani\u0107 also had one, and he received that apartment as compensation for the house in Ritopek,\" he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As he says, Miljkovi\u0107 found a way to buy three plots of land in Krnja\u010da that were registered in the name of the brothers' father, Budimir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"Miljkovi\u0107 told me that he bought an apartment in Vi\u0161njica that he intended for his parents, his house is in \u010ca\u010danska, the apartment is in \u017divko Davidovi\u0107a, and Belivuk's house is in Kozara\u010dka, he invested around 300 thousand euros in it,\" said Lali\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The witness says that he knows of several armored cars, including, as he says, Miljkovi\u0107's BMW, but that all the \"armored\" ones were driven by other people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When asked by the prosecutor if he knew anything about the profits from Marko and Tanja Miljkovi\u0107's wedding and whether that profit could have covered some real estate, Lali\u0107 replied:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"If the income from that was 200,000 euros like the newspapers said, he would get married every Thursday and Saturday.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n When asked about the cash, Lali\u0107 said that he knew about the bag that, as he said, Miljkovi\u0107 and Belivuk stole from the Skalja resident Mile Radulovi\u0107 Kapetan, which contained 600-700 thousand euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \"I also know that the money in question was for faking the murder of Milinko Bra\u0161njovi\u0107, where 200,000 euros were taken, and 50 was intended for him, I don't know if he ever received it,\" said Lali\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The defendants had no questions for Lali\u0107, and the lawyer Dejan Lazarevic<\/strong> He said that both Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljkovi\u0107 will present their defense in this case.
