Minutes after Defrin's press conference ended, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that Hezbollah leader Naim Qassem was now a direct target of the Israeli military.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qassem previously gave a televised address during a rally in support of Iran and Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in the southern suburbs of Beirut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
