After the information about the violent behavior of teachers towards children in the state kindergarten was made public, the parents asked the Ministry of Education, Science and innovation to explain the measures taken and possible omissions in the system of supervision and selection of staff. According to the Ministry, all legal proceedings are ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A few days ago, when the case occurred in the kindergarten on Zabjel, information about the alleged violence of teachers towards children appeared in the public. The ministry was informed on the same day about the situation in the preschool institution, and the process of determining responsibility is in progress, said Line minister An\u0111ela Jak\u0161i\u0107 Stojanovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"I respect the insight into the presumption of innocence, and for this reason I distance myself when it comes to statements in the course of the proceedings. Otherwise, the administration of the public preschool institution has taken all measures and actions within its jurisdiction, a parental meeting has been organized, the competent inspection has been notified and disciplinary proceedings have been initiated, which are still ongoing,\u201c she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It seems that when we talk about the safety of children, what once seemed unthinkable to us can still happen, says Kristina Mihailovic from the parents association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"If it happens to us, which of course is not good. There are different ways of doing business, life and organization and compliance with the rules and the overall state of society influenced what these things happened. If we talk about these cases what they will show and the public really expects to get that information, because it stirred the public, parents, educators, there were a lot of polemics and debates and what if it happened and did not happen will be consequences for those who participated or contributed to creating such an image,\u201c she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He adds that it is often given the impression that parents and educators stand on opposite sides due to the numerous situations and problems that arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"It would be nice to live in a society where we don't have enough problems in the education system. If we talk about kindergartens, we know how they work, especially in Podgorica, how big these groups are and how parents and teachers agreed to it and let it last for years.Kindergarten is not babysitting, it is not educators who need to take care of children, but the need of this state is something that is constantly pointed out and the goal is for as many children as possible to be included in preschool institutions in order to encourage their growth and improvement in this state.\", says Mihailovi\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the procedure is completed, the Ministry of Education, Science and innovation will inform the public what the outcome of the procedure is, says Jaksic Stojanovic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"So, everyone reacted immediately, but since this is a rather specific situation, it is about children and educators, we believe that it is necessary to react immediately, initiate all measures within their competence, but not to come out with statements until the outcome of the procedure is defined objectively and in accordance with all,\" she concluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The kindergarten case aroused great interest from the public and parents, and court proceedings were initiated.
