Just a day after being named Player of the Season, Bruno Fernandes also became the Premier League's record goalscorer.

The Portuguese recorded his 21st assist in the championship today in the last round against Brighton, surpassing Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne, who remain on 20 each.

It was the 33rd minute when Fernandes took a corner kick and Patrick Dorgu headed the ball into the net.
