Accused of hiding 2.4 kg of drugs in an auto electrician's shop

The Basic Court in Šamac confirmed the indictment against Goran Savić (40), nicknamed Svraka, which charges him with hiding 2.4 kg of drugs in an auto electrician's shop.

The indictment against him was filed by the District Public Prosecutor's Office in Doboj, following an investigation.

It remains behind the lock.

As confirmed by "Nezavisne novine", the accused's detention has been extended, which can last up to one year and six months after the indictment is confirmed, with regular judicial review of the justification of this measure.

Savić is charged with having, on December 12, 2025, in Šamac, in the auto electrician shop he uses for his business, holding a cardboard box containing a substance resembling marijuana for sale.

What was determined by the expert examination?

"And he was aware and knew that it was a drug, and that possession and sale of that drug to citizens was prohibited," the indictment states.

The total net mass of the substance, as added, is 2,407 grams, in whose samples the expert examination determined the presence of the psychotropic substance tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is an ingredient of the hemp plant "Cannabis Sativa L", i.e. the drug Cannabis.
