Na predlog Osnovnog državnog tužilaštvu u Nikšiću, određen je pritvor D.M. zbog osnovane sumnje da je izvršio krivično djelo nasilje u porodici ili u porodičnoj zajednici, stoji u saopštenju Osnovnog državnog tužilaštva.

Pritvor je, kako navode, određen zbog opasnosti da bi D.M.mogao ponoviti krivično djelo.

„Osnovano se sumnja da je osumnjičeni vršenjem nasilja i drskim i bezobzirnim ponašanjem ugrozio tjelesni i duševni integritet svoje majke“, navodi se u saopštenju.
